Clinical responsibility

AnaesFlow is a practice-management aid. It does not replace professional clinical judgement, verification against source records, or the user’s legal and professional obligations.

Beta software

Beta features may change and may contain defects. Users must independently verify imported lists, calculations, clinical entries and invoices before relying on them.

Your records

You remain responsible for lawful collection, accuracy, access control, retention and backup of records in your workspace. Do not share activation or pairing credentials with unauthorised people.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to defeat security controls, interfere with the service, access another user’s information or use AnaesFlow unlawfully.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta. Features may be suspended where necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.
