Who operates AnaesFlow

AnaesFlow is operated by Nottingham Anaesthetic Services Limited, New Zealand. Questions about privacy can be sent to admin@anaesflow.co.nz.

Information held in your workspace

Clinical and practice records are stored in an encrypted workspace selected and controlled by the user. The practice is responsible for choosing an appropriate secure location, controlling access and maintaining suitable backups.

Service information

AnaesFlow may process limited account, licensing, subscription, support and software-usage information needed to provide and protect the service. We do not use patient information for advertising.

Companion synchronization

Where the companion app is paired, encrypted packets may pass temporarily through AnaesFlow relay infrastructure so approved devices can exchange changes. The relay is designed to hold only the information required for delivery and reconciliation.

Security and retention

We apply technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No system can eliminate all risk. Service records are retained only for legitimate operational, security and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can request access to or correction of account information held by AnaesFlow, subject to applicable New Zealand law. Clinical information in a practice workspace remains under that practice’s control.
